I’ve been getting frustrated with my yo yo weight. Then I realized a couple things. My active minutes are way down. My calories burn is down. I need to move more! With that said here is my stats:

Thru July 6:
60,478 steps. 23.36 miles. 12,414 calories burn. 149 active minutes. 336 ounces of water. Or 2.625 gallons of water.
