My health: Day 1 

I walked 10,000 steps today. Which is 3 plus miles. 

I had 60 active minutes. A good start for the month. My goal is 50 minutes. 

I have drunk 52 ounces already. But the day is not over! I have a few hours left. 

I ate better over all. No fruit or veggi. I might have apple sauce later. 

I hope you all are having fabulos saturday!
