Technology is funny these days. I was with out my friend, my encouraging fitbit. I felt better knowing that I could push myself a little more. Track my everything and get into the habit. When things went wrong on my fitbit… my activity fell too. It didn’t help that I also got injured to. It was nice that I could take rest and then restart. Yesterday was my first day back so to speak. And I walked 8 mile plus. I didn’t blink an eye. Little stiff when I sat but that is all I really felt from walking. 🙂
